Nadine Grant

Thanks to her 25+ years of real estate and new construction sales experience, Nadine has an exceptional understanding of the needs and concerns of borrowers going through the loan and financing process. Not only is she a Mortgage Loan Officer with Penn Community Bank, but she is also a licensed realtor, a certified interior decorator, and a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery counties. Nadine forges close relationships with her borrowers, and works hard to help them fulfill their dreams. Terry Benner

Terry’s roots are firmly planted in the Perkasie area. His grandfather owned a local business for many years; his father served on the Perkasie Borough Council throughout cil tthe ‘60s, and Terry himself has been an area resident all his life. Terry has a B.S. in Business Administration from Delaware Valley College. After earning his degree, he went on to continue his education and graduated from the Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending at Bucknell University in 1987. He lives with his wife just outside the Perkasie borough limits. His interests include amateur astronomy, golf, sports, and U.S. History.  NMLS# 688877
 
 

Lenora Williams

Lenora has been with Penn Community Bank for 32 years. She has held several positions throughout this time, from part-time teller to Branch Manager to her current role as a Loan Officer. She loves watching HGTV programs, which often inspires her to try new things when decorating her own house. Lenora channels this passion when working with her customers. She is extremely knowledgeable about our lending products, and loves originating mortgages in order to help others purchase their dream homes. Lenora has two daughters and six grandchildren. Connie Barna

Connie is no stranger to success. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rider University with a degree in Liberal Studies, and was awarded the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Distinguished Service Award in 2014. Experienced in consumer lending mortgages, Connie finds great joy in helping first-time homebuyers prepare for their new home, and always welcomes customers with problem credit scores, as well as those who need budgeting assistance. Melissa Thornton

Melissa has been a Bucks County resident all her life, and is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area thanks to her work history in Montgomery, Lehigh, and Huntington counties. She has been in banking since 1995, holding many positions, including Branch Manager, and specializes in retail and business lending. Because of her active engagement in the community, and involvement with local organizations, Melissa is often able to provide customers with the necessary resources to meet just about any need. James Drinkwater

James has over 30 years of mortgage lending experience, and always takes the time to guide buyers step-by-step through the lending process, from pre-qualification all the way to settlement day. He works closely with his customers, and explains every option and program in order to best meet their needs. For the past 10 years James has been volunteering as a coach and umpire with the Nor-Gwyn Baseball Association. Casey "Oche" Bridgeford

Casey leads Penn Community Bank’s residential mortgage lending expansion into Montgomery County. He brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to the Bank. Before entering the mortgage business, he wore many hats from marketing consultant to international TED speaker. Though new to Montgomery County, he is no stranger to the greater Philadelphia area.
