For the last decade, Tim has been at the forefront of Penn Community Bank’s commercial lending effort, providing investment real estate loans, commercial construction loans, and multifamily construction and permanent loans for area businesses. Over his 30 years in the industry, he says his favorite part of the job is still meeting interesting people and working to understand their goals – big or small. When he’s not helping his business customers, you can find Tim out hiking one of his many favorite trails.
