7An overdraft occurs when there are insufficient available funds in your account to cover an item presented for payment. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction that would overdraw your account. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or you have too many overdrafts. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft item, your transaction will be declined and returned and may incur a Nonsufficient funds fee (NSF). Overdraft Grace waives the standard Overdraft fee for paid items and NSF fee for returned items (currently $35) that would overdraw your account by $25 or less. Overdrafts and Overdraft Grace benefit apply to check, debit card and ACH debits only; they do not apply to ATM withdrawals, teller transactions, or internal or external account transfers. You should make every effort to bring your account balance positive as promptly as possible.

8Customer may request and receive one (1) refund per year of Overdraft or Non-sufficient Funds fees assessed on account.
