Diane Brown takes Penn Community Bank’s long-term strategy for steady, sustainable growth and makes it become reality. Diane ensures that the bank’s deposit and lending operations are aligned with its mission and vision, overseeing compliance, facilities, marketing, cash management and project management. With more than 30 years’ experience in banking, Diane has served as vice chair for the Bank Operations and Payments Committee of the Independent Community Bankers of America. She holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Temple University, is an Accredited ACH Professional, and completed the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s Executive Leadership Program and the School of Commercial Lending. Diane serves as Vice Chair of the Grand View Health Foundation and on the American Bankers Association Mutual Council.
