1. The $400 new account cash bonus offer (“offer”) is available on any Penn Community Bank personal checking account type. To receive the $400 new checking cash bonus the account must be opened with $25 or more and complete one of the following within the first sixty (60) days of account opening: a) receive qualifying direct deposits totaling $1,500 or more to the checking account OR b) complete 20 or more debit card purchase transactions of $20 or more each that post to the checking account. Qualifying direct deposits are defined as recurring electronic deposits of payroll, Social Security, pension, government benefits or other eligible regular monthly income. To receive bonus account must be open, active and in good standing at the time the new account bonus is processed. New account bonus will be deposited to the checking account within 45 days after meeting offer requirements. If account is closed for any reason within six (6) months from date of opening, early termination fee may apply, and amount of new account bonus received will be debited from final account balance.

5. Student Checking primary account owner must be between the ages of 13-23. 13- and 14-year-old primary owners are required to have a joint account owner 18 or older.

6. Relationship Checking account has a monthly service fee of $10 which can be waived by either maintaining an average balance of $1,500 or more in the checking account or a combined current balance of $15,000 or more in Penn Community Bank deposit and/or loan accounts with the same primary owner and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) as the Relationship Checking account. Combined account balances include checking, savings, money market and time deposit current balances and/or consumer mortgage and home equity loan and line of credit current/drawn balances. Consumer accounts from the same household but with a different primary account owner and TIN and/or business accounts are not included in combined balance calculations. Monthly service fee can also be waived by receiving monthly direct deposits totaling $2,500 or more into the checking account, or if the primary account owner is age 50 or older.

7. An Overdraft occurs when there are insufficient available funds in your account to cover an item presented for payment. When there are insufficient funds available in the Access Checking account to cover an item presented for payment, the item will be returned unpaid. While no Penn Community Bank Overdraft or Nonsufficient Funds fees are assessed, the payee may assess a returned item or other fees for nonpayment on the customer’s external account.
