1Student Checking primary account owner must be between the ages of 13-23. 13- and 14-year-old primary owners are required to have a joint account owner 18 or older.

2The $100 Student Checking bonus offer (“offer”) is available for opening a new Penn Community Bank Student Checking account. To receive the bonus, the account must be opened with a minimum balance of $25 or more and complete within the first sixty (60) days of account opening one of the following: a) receive qualifying direct deposits totaling $250 or more to the checking account OR b) complete 15 or more debit card purchases that post to the checking account. Qualifying direct deposits are defined as recurring electronic deposits of payroll, Social Security, pension, government benefits or other eligible regular monthly income. $100 new account bonus will be credited to the account within 45 days after meeting offer requirements. To receive bonus account must be open, active and in good standing at the time the new account bonus is processed. If account is closed within six (6) months from date of opening, early termination fee may apply, and amount of new account bonus received will be debited from final account balance. Offer available for new checking customers only. Must not have closed a Penn Community Bank checking account within the preceding 12 months or received a prior new checking account incentive. 3Receive your payroll up to 48 hours before payday. Funds will be made available on the day the payment file is received from your employer, which may be up to two (2) days earlier than the scheduled payroll date.

Cash back earnings will be posted to your checking account on net purchases (purchases – returns) on the 15th and last day of each month.

7An Overdraft occurs when there are insufficient available funds in your account to cover an item presented for payment. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction that would overdraw your account. We may charge an Overdraft or Nonsufficient funds (NSF) fee for an Overdraft item, whether the item is paid or returned unpaid. Overdraft Grace waives the standard fee for items that are paid or returned (currently $35) that would overdraw your account by $25 or less. Overdraft Grace benefit applies to check, debit card and ACH debits only; does not apply to ATM withdrawals, teller transactions, or internal or external account transfers.
