As Chief Information Officer, Randy drives technology strategy that enhances customer experience, strengthens security, and supports Penn Community Bank’s service-focused culture. With more than 30 years of leadership and financial services experience, Randy oversees the Bank’s information technology strategy, governance, and enterprise project management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in Management Information Systems from Drexel University, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Randy is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM), Philadelphia Chapter.
