1Receive your payroll up to 48 hours before payday. Funds will be made available on the day the payment file is received from your employer, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payroll date.

2An overdraft occurs when there are insufficient available funds in your account to cover an item presented for payment. Overdraft Grace waives the standard Overdraft/Nonsufficient funds (NSF) fee for items that would overdraw your account by $25 or less. Overdraft Grace benefit applies to check, debit card and ACH debits only; does not apply to ATM withdrawals, teller transactions, or internal or external account transfers.

3Receive a .25% discount on personal and home equity loan and line of credit rates for automatic deduction of monthly loan or line of credit payment from a Penn Community Bank checking or savings account, which is required to receive .25% rate discount, but not loan approval. All loans and lines of credit subject to approval.

4Customer may request and receive 1 refund per year of Overdraft or NSF fees assessed on account.

5Fee waiver applies to Penn Community Bank non-network ATM fees only. ATM transactions at non-Penn Community Bank ATMs may be subject to surcharge from the non-Penn Community Bank ATM institution/owner. For a complete list of free in-network ATMs visit PennCommunityBank.com/Locations.

6Earn cash back rewards on everyday purchases at national retailers, when you shop through the Purchase Rewards Mall, conveniently accessed through your online or mobile banking dashboard. Cash back earnings will be posted to your checking account on net purchases (purchases – returns) on the 15th and last day of each month.

7Student Checking primary account owner must be between the ages of 13-23. 13 and 14 year old primary owners are required to have a joint account owner 18 or older.

8Zelle® enrollment available for account owners age 18 or older.

9Combined balances include checking, savings, money market and time deposit current balances and/or consumer mortgage and home equity loan and line of credit current/drawn balances with same primary consumer checking account owner and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) as the Relationship Checking account. Consumer accounts with a different primary account owner and TIN and business accounts that the owner is a signer on are not included in combined balance calculations.

10Relationship Checking customers will be eligible for occasional Savings and Certificate of Deposit account promotional rate specials, when available. In addition, Relationship Checking is a tiered checking product, with the potential to earn a higher interest rate based on account balance, when tiered rates are offered. Balance and interest earning tiers for tiered rates are $0.01 - $4,999.99, $5,000.00 - $24,999.99, and $25,000.00+. Rates are variable and subject to change at any time and without notice. 11Receive one box of standard Specialty checks per year. Fees may apply for other design types.

12Receive a 50% discount on the annual rental fee for 1 safe deposit box, any size, with the same primary owner as the Relationship checking account. Limit one discounted safe deposit box rental per customer.

13When there are insufficient funds available in the Access Checking account to cover an item presented for payment, the item will be returned unpaid. While no Penn Community Bank Overdraft or NSF fees are assessed, the payee may assess a returned item or other fees for nonpayment on the customer’s external account.
