Penn Community Bank Business Fee Schedule
1. Items include each check or money order deposited, checks drawn on account, deposit tickets and ACH debits and credits.
2. Combined balances for minimum daily balance requirement include checking, savings and money market accounts with same primary business entity owner and EIN. Time Deposit accounts, personal accounts, and/or business accounts with a shared authorized signer or address but different EIN are not included in combined balance calculations.
3. Penn Community Bank business checking account required for small business loan and line of credit products.
4. All loans and lines are subject to credit review and approval. Various loan and line term and Annual Percentage Rate (APR) options are available and may vary for approved loans and lines based on creditworthiness, loan-to-value, and other underwriting criteria. Property, flood, and/or title insurance may be required for real estate-secured loans or lines, at an additional expense to the borrower. Other terms, conditions, fees and restrictions may apply.
5. For Enterprise Business Checking accounts, an earnings credit is applied to your average monthly investable balance to reduce or eliminate monthly service and transaction fees.
