Penn Community Bank’s long-term mission is steady, sustainable growth. As Chief Financial Officer, Charles Field ensures that the financial management of the bank supports that mission. A certified public accountant, Field has over 30 years of diversified accounting and finance experience across a variety of industries. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Philadelphia Chapter – Financial Managers Society. Field has served on the boards of numerous non-profits, including the Network of Victims Assistance (NOVA) and as treasurer of the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership (BCHIP). He lives in Doylestown, PA.
