John Foff is a retired banker and former executive of Federal Home Loan Bank Pittsburgh. In addition to serving on the board of directors of Penn Community Bank, he previously served as chair of the Financial Managers Society, and was active with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers. John is a graduate of LaSalle College (Bachelor of Science). He lives in Buckingham, Pennsylvania.
