Kelly Finch Mobley joins Penn Community Bank with over 35 years of experience in financial services, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Director of Retail Workforce Readiness with PNC Bank, N.A. She serves on the boards of Ursinus College, Fortress Arts Academy, and the Philadelphia Dance Company. Mobley holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Ursinus College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
