Experienced Bucks County bankers will help guide the independent bankโs growth throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties
DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (February 2018) – Penn Community Bank is proud to announce the hiring of Rick Battaglia and promotion of Josh Oravis to newly created Senior Market Leader positions in its retail division. Under the leadership of Jacob A. Iampietro, Director of Retail Banking, the two oversee retail branch operations and will help drive the bankโs growth and development by analyzing the market and identifying new business opportunities.
As Senior Market Leaders, Battaglia and Oravis play pivotal roles in achieving business results by coaching and developing retail team members to ensure consistent implementation of the bankโs mission and vision. They also are responsible for market and branch performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction and will serve as ambassadors of the organization to the public.

With a career in banking that spans more than three decades at leading area financial institutions, Battaglia is a longtime Bucks County banker. Active in the local community, Battaglia has served in leadership roles for many Bucks County organizations, including Tabor Childrenโs Home, Heritage Conservancy, Pearl S. Buck International, the Bucks County Community College Foundation, the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. He lives in Doylestown Borough.
Oravis served as manager of Penn Community Bankโs New Hope branch before being promoted in 2016 to market manager for New Hope and Wrightstown. Also active in the local community, Oravis is a board member, treasurer and bookkeeper for the Greater New Hope Chamber of Commerce and an ambassador for the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he was the marketing committee chair, finance committee member and advisor to the NOVA Junior Board from 2015 to 2016. He lives in Levittown.
